Spark Rack
Hosting infrastructure that keeps up — across borders.
Spark Rack is the collective’s flagship hosting brand, running web and server infrastructure across multiple regions for customers who need their sites and applications online, fast, and staying that way.
What Spark Rack does.
Spark Rack has been in the hosting business since 2012. In that time it has grown from a focused hosting operation into the collective’s flagship infrastructure brand, running web and server infrastructure across multiple regions for customers who simply need to stay online and stay fast.
The platform covers the full range — from a first shared-hosting plan to VPS, cloud and dedicated bare-metal servers — all sitting on managed infrastructure with monitoring, redundancy and backups built in rather than sold back to you as add-ons. As a site or application grows, the ground underneath it grows with it, so scaling up never means starting over.
More than a decade in, the priority hasn’t changed: make hosting the part of a business you never have to think about. When something does need attention, the person who picks up is an engineer who actually runs the stack — not a call-script reading from a flowchart.
What sets it apart.
Multi-region footprint
Infrastructure positioned close to your audience, wherever they are.
Redundancy built in
Failover and backups are part of the platform, not an add-on.
Engineers on support
The people answering tickets are the people who run the servers.
Spark Rack is one of several brands under Grand Bay Collective.
It keeps its own identity and customer experience, while drawing on the shared infrastructure, technical knowledge and long-term support that every Grand Bay brand stands on.
